Introduction:
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the WedHub website (www.wedhub.in) and services, including subscription access to music, album PSD files, invitation PSDs, FX, LUTs, and other digital creative assets (the “Services”).
By subscribing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Subscription & Access
WedHub offers Monthly and Yearly Subscription Plans.
Subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use digital assets for personal or commercial projects (subject to Section 6).
Access remains valid only during the active subscription period.
3. Payments & Renewals
All subscription fees are payable in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal).
WedHub does not store full payment card details.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and no refunds are issued once access to assets has been granted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
WedHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse assets or violate these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property & License
- All digital assets on WedHub are protected by copyright and remain the property of their respective creators or WedHub.
- You are granted a limited license to use assets for editing, personal, and professional projects.
- You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share assets outside of your projects.
Claim ownership or authorship of assets.
Use assets in illegal, defamatory, or harmful projects.
6. Fair Use Policy
Subscribers must download and use assets in good faith.
Excessive, automated, or bulk downloading may lead to suspension of account access.
7. Service Updates & Changes
WedHub may add, update, or remove assets from the library at any time.
Subscription pricing may change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
WedHub provides assets “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for damages, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from the use of our assets or services.
9. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms.
You misuse assets or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your access to all digital assets will be revoked.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Bengaluru, India]
